Attendance Policy
1st two absences are "free." Third absence results in your final grade being dropped by 10 points (a full letter grade.) The Fourth Absence results in a Failing Grade for Nav 201. This is in accordance with STCW Regulations.

15% Homework, Quizzes & STCW Asessments
25% Test #1
25% Test #2
35% Final
You will only get credit for attending the section that you register for!
There is NO switching sections for any reason.
If you miss a class, get the notes from a classmate. If you have questions, come see me.
Quizzes are given in the 1st 5-10 minutes of class. If you are late to the class & miss the quiz you get a zero for the quiz & are considered to be absent. The quiz is the attendance sign in sheet for those days.
There is absolutely no making up missed quizzes or tests!
You must take tests with your registered section or you will receive a Zero!!!
